A little game of catch-up as we get this thing back up and running on the regular. 

Long time friend and local musician extraordinaire, Mandy Hand, joins us at Bar Dryce for Episode 6. We jam packed a lot of poddin' in the hour we had with our friend. We talked about everything from her early years in Fort Worth to moving back as an adult and following her dreams of being a musician in a band to leading her own band. We threw in a little about what we have all been up to, some things we could do without, and some sparks of joy.

It's just Susie and Dustin this week so we took the opportunity to go on the road and check on how the GP Arlington circuit is going during construction. We drove the course and checked out the grandstands. We talk all things racing, tell bad dad jokes, and remind ourselves of all the good things that have happened over the last two weeks. 
It's a fun little check-in. We hope you enjoy it.

We're back! And couldn't think of a better guest to get us back into the swing of things than our good friend, Jackdaw - aka Jack Russell. Artist, musician, big fan of Fort Worth. We had an amazing conversation spanning everything from growing up in The Hills to backyard chickens and talked a LOT of art and music. 
 
Big Thanks to Hotel Dryce and Bar Dryce for being our home away from home, and to Casey and Melissa for taking such good care of us.

Nikki is one of the many people who have come together to bring us Live from the Omni, a music series featuring local musicians and the beauty that is the dome of the Omni. 
Nikki and Susie also take time to discuss some of Susie's favorite things since our last episode.
